Each kibbutz is diferent, also it depends of the seasons... It can be farm work, factory work, gardening, guest house work, kitchen work, swimming pool work, also it can be a hard work or very easy.

It definitely depends. Depends of the year... Depends of what you like... Depends especially of the people whom are volunteer with you. Good people make all the difference.
Do I need to be religious to be a Volunteer in a Kibbutz?
No, if you are a religious person Israel will be amazing for you, but it is not requirement and won`t be a problem. In truth I never met so many atheists in my whole life than while I was volunteering in Israel.
